All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air Saver to ensure freshness and quality upon arrival.

Our products are perishable and require expedited shipping to arrive in optimal condition. Ground shipping does not meet our quality standards, so all orders are shipped next-day by air.

Shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated by shipping region at checkout. Rates reflect UPS Next Day Air Saver pricing. Packaging required for safe transit is included in the price of the product.

Orders ship Monday through Wednesday only. This schedule helps prevent packages from being delayed in transit over the weekend.

Orders placed after Wednesday at 12:00 PM CT will ship the following Monday.

Yes, we ship within the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is currently unavailable due to transit limitations.

At this time, shipping speed and service level are fixed to UPS Next Day Air Saver and delivery dates cannot be selected at checkout.

Once a package is transferred to UPS, delivery timing is subject to carrier conditions. While delays due to weather or operational issues are outside of our control, we carefully package each order to maintain quality during transit.

No. UPS Next Day Air requires a physical street address. Orders placed with P.O. boxes may be delayed or canceled.

We are not responsible for delayed, misdelivered, or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, the order may not be eligible for reshipment or refund due to the perishable nature of our products.

Once a package is marked delivered by UPS, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
We are not responsible for:
Packages left unattended
Packages stolen after delivery
Packages misplaced at apartments, offices, or shared delivery locations
We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address where someone will be available to receive the package.

Yes. UPS may leave packages at the delivery address if no signature is required.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
Packages may be left at the delivery location
Exposure to heat, cold, or weather after delivery is outside of our control
We recommend retrieving your package as soon as delivery occurs.

If UPS delivers a package to an incorrect address despite correct information being provided, this is considered a carrier error.
We will assist you in filing a claim with UPS; however:
We do not guarantee replacement or refund for carrier-delivered errors
Claims decisions are made by UPS, not by us

All orders are carefully packed to withstand next-day transit. However, in rare cases, damage may occur.
If your order arrives damaged:
Contact us within 2 hours of delivery
Include clear photos of:
The shipping box
Inner packaging
The damaged product
Failure to provide photos within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

Carrier delays
Incorrect addresses
Packages left unattended
Theft after delivery
Each situation is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and resolution is at our discretion.

At this time, we do not require signatures for delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe and secure delivery location.

If extreme weather conditions are forecasted at the delivery destination, we recommend delaying your order. Shipping perishable items during severe weather increases the risk of delays and quality issues.
